I don’t just talk about happiness. I help you find what lights you up so you can live an intentional & purpose-filled life.

You want to be happy again—really happy. But here’s the part no one talks about.

Before I became a blogger and life strategist, I was the happiest person I knew. Seriously—I was that annoyingly upbeat friend who always had a smile on her face. That is, until menopause showed up to mess it all up (enter, a really unhappy period of my life). I couldn’t figure out how to get back to my former self—ya know, that girl who always radiated positivity.

It wasn’t until I realized what I wasn’t willing to do that I figured out what I needed to do. I decided that relying on medication wasn’t my path, and that if I wanted to feel like me again, I had to take control of my mindset and start doing the inner work.

That journey didn’t just help me find my way back to happiness—it led me to my purpose.

Now, I’m here to help you find yours. Because I’ve learned that the secret to happiness isn’t found in chocolate cake and bubble baths (even though those are nice, too!). It’s about taking action—more specifically, using your God-given gifts, and creating a life that feels meaningful, exciting, and true to you.

Because let me tell you: that’s the kind of happiness that lasts.

Here’s what I believe in:

Courage

Making big changes in life takes guts, no question about it. But every step you take, no matter how small, gets you closer to the life you want. That’s something worth celebrating.

Action

Happiness isn’t just something that happens to you—it’s something you have to work at every day. Keep going, keep working, and keep believing that you’ll get there. You’ve got this.

Imagination

Real joy happens when you let yourself dream. It’s about thinking BIG (even if it sends a little shiver down your spine!), exploring new ideas, and seeing opportunities where others may not. The world’s full of possibilities if you’re open to them.

Confession time:

I used to think happiness was easy.

I’m a “silver linings” type of girl—the kind that could brush off a bad day with a smile and a pep talk in the mirror. And because of that, I never really understood what it meant to struggle with mental health. When people told me they felt anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in a dark place, I didn’t know what to say. So I’d reach for the cliches: “Just think positive” or “Focus on the good.”

But here’s the truth: that advice didn’t come from a place of sensitivity or empathy. It came from a place of “I don’t feel that, so this must be a ‘you’ problem.” And let’s be real… that’s not helpful. I learned that the hard way when my own mental health took a nosedive after menopause hit. Suddenly, I was moody, spiraling out of control, and so disconnected from the bubbly, happy person I’d always been. And no amount of “just think positive!” was gonna pull me out of it.

I knew medication wasn’t the path I wanted to take—but I also knew I couldn’t sit around waiting for happiness to return. I had to go after it myself. So I got to work:

I learned how to manage my mindset.
I built habits that supported my well-being.
I created a life that felt joyful on purpose.

That’s what changed everything. And, more than that, that’s what helped me find my true calling as a life strategist.

So now, I’m here to help you find your calling and build a lift that lights you up—one choice, one habit, one brave step at a time. Because even when life feels heavy, dull, or messy, you’re still capable of finding joy in ways that feel real and meaningful to you.

Get to know me

How I unwind after a long day:

Visualization—mostly about my future life in my dream life, doing all the things I love, as if I’m already there!

What I’m obsessed with:

Barbie or anything PINK! Something about super bright colors just instantaneously lifts my spirit.

An exciting moment in my life:

I drove myself to work, on a motorbike, through the crowded streets of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam—after only living there for 3 days! I did get into a minor accident on the 4th day (don’t worry, I was okay!), but hey—I’m still proud of how much courage that took.

My favorite mantra:

“You are only one choice away from living the life you were created to live.”
